Many of us have websites that are visually stunning or have a lot of great information on them. But that alone doesn’t inspire people to act. Website visitors need to know what to do on your site and that you’re trustworthy. Website integrations are the key to making this happen for visitors, as it boosts conversions rates by 10-30%.This article will go over 3 different integrations that your website needs to move your visitors in the right direction. Forewarning, I am a Webflow developer, so I will be showing website integrations that work directly with that platform.
Reviews give people a lot of upfront information about your brand. Primarily, it shows how competent you are and whether you’re trustworthy to those that do business with you. Unfortunately, many websites don’t have reviews directly on their website. Usually, visitors will have to see your website in Google search results to see reviews. If you’re marketing your website link directly to people, then they won’t see those reviews unless they leave your website. To avoid that, you can get a review widget embedded into your website that links to any platform that you receive reviews from (e.g., Google or Facebook).
For Webflow clients, you can get a free website integration called Brandzway that works well for product reviews. You can also use SmarTarget for reviews on your entire website.
We’ve all gone to a website and were interested in what was being offered but needed a bit more information than was available. Sure, there’s an option to send an email or call, but most of the time you don’t feel like doing that. A live chat option gives website visitors the best of both worlds, where they can directly talk to you without having to leave your site or pick up the phone. This works great for questions that probably can’t be handled preset information. On the other hand, a chatbot works great for FAQs that you know people will ask. Incorporate one or both of these options gives your visitors a chance to get key information about your business in real time.
If you’re using a Webflow website, you can get a free website integration called Chaty that not only gives you a Live Chat option for free, but also connects to your messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and others!

If you’re in the service industry, you likely need to get information from your website visitors and clients as conveniently as possible. Forms are a great way to do this. You can have people sign up for a recurring promotion or perhaps collect information for a booking. A form that’s directly linked to your website is the most convenient method for this. Your visitors won’t need to download something, fill it out, scan it, and send it back to you– that takes too much effort. But if you have a native form on the website, you can have your visitors fill out all the information you need while they’re on the site.
If you have a Webflow website, you don’t need any website integrations or plugins for this because it is a native feature of the platform!
